Bottings Green Salad, Bottings Thai Green Apple 3 in 1 Sauce/ dressing / marinade

 100 g Blanched Green beans
 100 g Grilled ribbons of courgettes
 100 g Picked raw baby English spinach
 2 Avocados, scooped out with teaspoon
 50 g Fresh peas / defrosted frozen peas
 10 g Fresh coriander leaves
 5 g Fresh mint leaves
 5 g Fresh basil / Thai basil
 80 ml Bottings, 3 in 1, Thai Green Apple - Sauce / Marinade / Dressing

Step 1. Top and tail green beans. Boil water in saucepan with generous amount of salt ( This retains colour and adds more flavour). Place ice in a bowl with water, enough to refresh the Green beans, after blanching. Cook green beans for roughly 3-5 minutes, time depends on size of green beans, they must not be soft boiled, yet have a slight crunch. Take out of boiling water and refresh for 3-5 minutes. Take out of water and place in mixing bowl big enough for salad ingredients to be dressed later.
Step 2. Create long thin ribbons with your peeler or by cutting with knife. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil. Either grill them on your Braai grid, griddle pan or under your grill in your oven. Once cooked, add to bowl with green beans.
3. Cut and scoop out avocados, pick herbs.
4. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl, with Bottings Thai Green Apple 3 in 1. Mix gently and then present it as you desire in your creative way, on a platter, plate or bowl.
