My research and love for all things fragrant, using all of natures bounty, and trying to capture, South afriacs, History of the spice trade from the Dutch east Indian companies trades roots from India to our shores and how this inspired the locals creativity and traditions from there home lands. In India there are numerous blends of chai flavours, they vary from region to region, province to province, for ever changing due to what spice is more prodominently grown in those areas, regions and provinces. Tiki – is a style of fruity based drinks, mainly cocktails, made on tropical islands, which also have various spices grow, due to climate and also varies inhabitants and people who were left behind or brought over to those islands as slaves.
